I ordered this product because it was in my room at a health spa. I researched it online and sounded great. I ordered 3. One with germ filter and 2 with odor filters. The odor filters do absolutely nothing. I have a very clean home and just mild odor in 2 rooms where dogs mostly hang out. No change in scents at all after one week… The purchase experience was excellent and delivery as well.

It is important NOT to buy generic filter replacements online for your machines, they do not fit and they are cheaply made, so your filter isn’t working properly unless you buy real rabbit air replacement filters. If you have allergies and pets, you will definitely see and feel the difference if you try to save money by buying the generic replacement.

I highly recommend rabbit. I ordered filters to replace old ones but didn't receive them. RabbitAir was very helpful trying to track why I did not receive them so sent another order. I finally received both orders the same day so sent one of them back. It was not the fault of rabbitair but the mail service.

So happy I purchased a Rabbit Air Purifier. I moved this unit from my art studio to main living area a week ago when we came under poor air quality advisory (AQI over 300) due to wildfires and high pollen counts in Washington state. What a difference it made to our indoor air quality in a short time. Scratchy throats and runny eyes stopped. The unit is amazingly quiet as well. Replacement filters reasonably priced. Orders shipped quickly. This is a quality unit, and I'm a very satisfied customer.

I didnt like that it wouldn't give me shipping charges before paying. Then when it offered free is said up to 6 days plus a couple days processing. We wanted 2 day. But my bigger problem was that even after deciding who cares what the shipping cost may be, it didn't ever give me a rough expected delivery. My Dad won't be happy that I went direct when amaxin offered tour genuine parts freed deliver. Next day. Other than that I thought your site was great
