Everytime i buy my Kratom from KratomPoint its always the best price around and I live in 5-20 minute drive distances from at least 30 Stores that sell Kratom probably more in the DC MD area. But the prices are double sometimes what KRATOMPOINT charges plus it gets herr fast which is a bonus cause sometimes i run low and need it fast! ive used White Maeng Da for 10 yrs and they have a good selection! ive never needed to need customer service casue my orders are never screwed up!

I am hoping, and I just don't see it for 2 things. 1-"last ordered" options. So I dont have to search for the same thing Inorder every month. 2-A way to save my CC info to use everytime so I don't have to get up off my couch to pay. Maybe I'm just not seeing these options? Why don't I ever get a discount code? I'm a regular shopper!

My most recent experience was excellent. I have recommended Kratompoint to a relative in Oregon. My previous order was great and arrived quickly but there was a small tear in the bag and the inside of the box was covered with the powder. I was able to find the tear and covered it with a large paper clip.

The website was easy to understand and there were a lot of products to choose from. I've ordered from other online sellers and the cans would be damaged once received. Not with KratomPoint. They came well packaged and everything was intact. The only thing that I did not appreciate was the shipping time. I had a trip planned so I ordered the products on a Friday, exactly a week before I was to leave. I paid $10 shipping to receive the items within 4 business days. I received the items on a Saturday which was an entire week and 1 day after ordering. I wasn't upset because I know how USPS works sometimes. Needless to say, the experience was great including the drinks I ordered but the shipping fell short.

Honestly, I recently bought some pills to help with my back pain, and the whole experience was pretty straightforward. I was looking for something that could take the edge off so I could get through the day more comfortably. I followed the directions on the package, and they seemed to help with the pain without making things too complicated. Overall, I was glad I found something that worked reasonably well for me.

I wish the mid shipping option was faster and that the high end shipping was cheaper or at very least offer special Saturday delivery at that price. The coupon codes had a longer use period. Some people have to save up for expensive purchases which takes time.

Overall I am pleased with the website but I don’t like the look of it on my iPhone. It’s hard to see the pictures and having so many options for brands and strains is a plus but having so many options can be difficult to navigate.

I’m pleased with the ordering process so far. The website was easy to navigate, the products I wanted were in stock, and checkout was straightforward. That said, I can’t give a complete assessment until I’ve received my order and know how shipping, product quality, and customer service are handled if any issues arise. So far, though, the experience has been good.

I've been ordering from Kratompoint since February of this year. I find your prices to be not only the best online but I have never had an issue with shipping issues. Your company is on top of everything including email notifications. I must say though for customers like myself who do spend and have spent the amount of money on your product should receive a higher discount rate maybe 20% off and a buy 1 get 1 free or discounted rate? Im not saying this should apply to everyone but loyal customers who have and will continue to purchase from your company. All around you guys are top notch and im thankful to have found not only quality product but a trustworthy provider of product.

The free shipping was faster than most places that offer free priority shipping and not only did they have my item in stock which it seems to be out of stock almost everywhere usually, but it was at a very reasonable price.
