I liked the ability to examine the pen's detail and description. I don't remember seeing shipping options, but since this is a gift for an advance date, no problem. You should offer the purchase of additional pen refills when offering the specific pen. Thanks--I've loved your store for decades and hope to someday visit your new store!

When I called the customer support number, Verizon said it was not in service. When I tried to send an email, it did not go through. The new web site sucks. When I tried to order stationery, that portion of the web site was non-functional. I tried the same thing about a month ago with the same result. The old web site was much better. I wanted to send the send the pen to a different address but there was no option for this choice. I love Fahrneys but I am very disappointed with the new web site. I love the products.

Fahrney’s aervice was, as always, impeccable. The only problem i have encountered is the pen itself. Its appearance is as lovely as expected, but the ball point pen skips when I write with it. I am hoping that it imptoves over time with more use.
