Well, I ordered a 5 pound bag of silver tobacco and they sent me the bold and told me I ordered the bold when I emailed back. I re-ordered a 5 pound bag of silver and they told me I can return the bold however I’m not happy that I’m going to have to pay all these shipping charges. One for the wrong bag, one for the correct bag and want to ship the wrong bag back. If you could issue me a credit, I’d be happy with that overall I’m happy with your service. I’ve been purchasing from your company for a long time under my ex-husband’s name and I have not had this issue before.

Since they moved the processing of Prince Albert pipe tobacco to the Dominican Republic, the quality has deteriorated. There are many more stems in the product. When processed in the USA, I would occasionally have a stem. Now each time I put the tobacco in my pouch, I almost always have to remove a stem. I like this tobacco better than any other and will put up with the aggravation

Prices seem fair, but more often than not, the cigarette tubes are slightly smashed. This necessitates manipulation of them before putting it on the cigarette maker.

Checkout seems a little complicated, especially when using a password or banking plugin to fill out information, but acting like you are going to edit the information in each field seems to clear it up, the yellow background on the information turns white and then your good to go.
