To find the required material Professional plastic sales passed me to Paragon, Paragon passed me to Professional Plastic. Finally I had a chance to talk with a sales rep. No result, He passed me to another rep, again no chance to have to material, after 6 days the first rep sent me the payment link and Im hopping to have the material soon. I do the public projects and my projects are time sensitive. These kind of time wasting cause serious hard time. You don't need to share my feedback, I shared with you to help you to correct the team bugs.

My salesperson replied with a quote quickly and the checkout process is easy. Zero complaints on the entire process. Not to mention the material was readily available in stock and less expensive than elsewhere.

Filling in the address. There are 4-5 lines for your address but once you fill it out and scroll down it asks it again . Then you realize the 4-5 lines were just for the street address and state and zip is below. No big deal if you see the full form but on my phone I only seen sections at a time.

Overall had a positive experience with the site. The pricing around specific sizing was a bit bazar and inconsistent. I wish there was a more transparent way to gauge and compare the cost of different cuts. For example, one of the products I purchased had a drastic price increase for a smaller cut. I'm ordering a larger piece then I need because it was cheaper than getting a smaller. I'm not sure how that would best be conveyed in the UI, but it may encourage customers to buy more if they could see the differences without having to spot check random sizes.

No estimate of when the item would be received was provided. So i’ve no way to gauge whether it was one time. The 8”x8”x1” nlock of F-4 was badly and deeply scratched on one side. Since it was well packed I can only conclude that it was damaged before packed. Overall a disappointing experience.

Everything was pretty good until checkout. The web page for checking out forces you to select a carrier (even if you plan to use will call). I had to make a few calls and get transferred around some before I finally learned that I could just add "will call" to the carrier boxes. I'd suggest adding a will call check box as an option, but everyone I spoke with was very nice. As a side note I don't know why I can't call a location directly and get the same price that I can get online.

The website worked okay in safari on my Apple MBP. It was virtually impossible to use on iPhone. Had to abandon ordering from phone and delay until I had access to my laptop. The ground shipping cost is exorbitant. But I need the item I ordered.

The email system is really bad. I had to call to get a number to talk with agent since the emails bounced almost every time I sent one. You need a new system to take orders and help customers.
