I received an email ad about a product. When I clicked the email ad it took me right to the product. Generally, I do not like the bundle sales offers, I prefer the old system of offering sales on individual items, or a holiday/birthday general discount.

The website is always easy to navigate. I don't really appreciate that a discount is offered to recurring purchases only to have to pay for shipping insurance, packing materials, etc. It defeats the purpose and I may as well go to the store to buy it.

I was pleased with product itself. But I paid extra for faster shipping via Fedex. I rcvd texts re expected delivery time on date that item should have been delivered and waited at home for delivery that day. It never arrived as promised.Finally arrived 24 hours later - next day. Not happy with delivery service.

I have always ordered Golden Glow and this time I wanted to step a shade darker. It was so hard to figure out which shade would be one step darker, so I guessed. The the order kept defaulting to Golden Glow. I think I finally got it right. I will know when I receive the order.

I used to struggle using the website all the time, but it has evolved, and as long as I use a full screen computer it works just fine. Now I can easily find the sample list which I love picking out and appreciate so much! I use them for travel so I don't have to bring all my bottles or vessels... so much easier. Also your customer service is the best. Love the personal notes, like Happy Birthday Michele, when I use my birthday discount. I still have that note on my bathroom mirror as a reminder of your personal touch.

The website drop down selection is sometimes tricky to use. It moves fast and if you aren't using a mouse it can be difficult to scroll over to a selection. This is a minor issue. The products sold are all high quality and there's a great selection. Shipping process is fast and easy. I do wish that we could select two samples. I've been using these items for awhile and love them!

Experience was very easy. I just put in the name of the product and the rest as easy. I ordered Jane Iredale's auburn brown pencil. Can buy at Cosmetic Market 40 miles away. Just thought I would try on line and glad I did. Total cost was about $8 less than I pay at the Cosmetic Market.

I ordered a Voya facial exfoliate and toner after they were recommended by the Spa staff on a recent European river cruise. This was my first Voya order. Both products deliver - no strong fragrance, attractive product packaging, the toner makes my face feel very clean. Voya products are expensive - time will tell whether they actually improve the feel and appearance of the skin on my face. My suggestion is to include one free, reusable application pad as a bonus to use with the toner.

My concern is with the product. I have ordered a strawbeery cream for hydration and a firming control. Each time the cap has not worked and I've had to take the entire top off in order to use the product. Aside from this being an inconvenience, it is also not how a prodcut top should came off.

I loved Jane Iredale which has obviously been bought out. The powder with brush does not work. I will dump the powder vials into my old powder container and use the old brush. The eyebrow material is fine, but I will need a brush.

Natural Beauty Group's website is easy to use and though prices are high, these are premium products + there is a low barrier to free shipping and there are lots of different discount options that are easy to find on the website. The website is aesthetic and easy to navigate and the search tool works effectively. The chat option is visable clearly which made me feel supported while shopping. The option to choose free samples at the end reminded me of how grocery stores put chocolate at checkout since people are more likely to want a little treat at the end of a shopping experience and it boosted my impression of NBG + reinforced I was getting a premium experience & that they stand by both their products & customer satisfaction strongly. The option to add a comment or request at the end of the checkout process did this as well. One final note is I actually won an online social media giveaway from them twice though I have no connection with the brand and them awarding me twice although I am not an influencer shows that they really opperate their giveaways by chance and are an honest brand (some brands I notice host giveaways but they seem rigged so an influencer will win and promote the product).
