One of the pairs I ordered could not be delivered with the others but I was given a shipment date form a later time, When I went back to check on it close to the promised date, I found the order had been cancelled and I was never notified. I then went to the shopping pages and found the item I wanted in stock.

Maryland Square provides good shoes in my weird size so I'm not wearing the same ugly shoes all the time. I can have color and style with quality brands. Whenever I have needed to return something, which I think was once, it was easy and quick. I always shop at Maryland Square first.

Something seems to happen every time I order from them. This time I ended up needing a smaller size in one pair than normal, so I sent them back for an exchange. But they were out of that size by the time they received my item for exchange. Now I am out almost $10 in shipping costs due to their way of handling the return/exchange situations. Really will make me hesitate to order from them again. I always hesitate due to past issues but for the more they accumulate, the less likely I will be to continue ordering.

The item looked exactly as seen on line. The burgundy color is what I sought. This is not my first purchase and frankly I had informed customer service in writing about a pair of slippers that did not hold up well.
