It was very easy to find what I was looking for. Our sales associate sent me email details of what I needed to order. I could not use my debit card so I opted to use credit card but we got free shipping which was nice!

Website is very helpful, and seems to be the best online option. When opening a ring in bag, would be nice to be able to Update Bag rather than Add to Bag and then delete previous. Financing at checkout threw an error of invalid credit card number.

I love how many color options and metal combinations there are across the board. I wish there were more platinum earring options and more anniversary stacking ring options. I appreciate being able to the see the ring on my own color hands and friends' color hands. If anything, I think more add on incentives for purchases, such as any purchase over $200-$500 should get something extra. Thank you!

I really like the buying experience. The website is nice. I like the option to have a consult appointment. I bought the ring and I gave them the wrong address. Customer service fixed it no problem. The only complaint is the time frame I have to use a $500 coupon. I only have two months from day I ordered my product. That’s difficult, but will still make it work. Customer service couldn’t adjust that expiration date. I ordered an engagement ring and will be returning to order the wedding band. Thanks, Brilliant Earth!

Brilliant Earth's website is easy to use! I appreciate the ability to change skin color, change ring color/metal, etc. I would appreciate the ability to stack my choice of wedding ring and engagement ring, rather than just see pre-selected rings.
