This is second times that I bought diamond at Adiamor. The buying process is easy and the agents are very helpful. There are a lots of options to choose and the price is the cheapest which I can find on the web.

The original diamond I ordered and paid for I learned by email the next day or 2 was not available. I replied to the email asking for similar suggestions and I did not hear anything. I replied again listing other diamonds I had also looked at to see if they were available and I did not hear about these either. No email was returned. I then started an online chat. I then called the next morning. It was 8:30 am in LA. The person answering said he would have to look into this and read my emails. He stated a couple times that it was only 8:30 in LA. I am in Texas so it was 10:30 am here. By continuing to say it’s only 8:30 am in LA, it sounded as though people in LA don’t start working until later in the day and he was just not awake yet to deal with my issue. It also seemed like he was saying I am in LA so I’m too special to deal with you in Texas so early. I’m special because I live in LA. He said he would call in an hour at at least later that day. Later that day, I contacted the chat line. The person in the chat said he would need to look into the matter, and please on hold. I did for a could hours keeping the chat open. It may have been less but seemed like forever. I send a reply back asking if he was still there. I never got a reply. I ended the chat. I then called again. I talked to the first man I talked to at 8:30 am. He said the person in the chat seemed to be working on it. Again he mentioned he was in LA. I guess that’s a special thing to be in LA. It is not to me. Oh and before this I did send another email detailing the new diamond I wanted. I asked for it to be put on hold while this was all worked out. I did not want that new diamond to be gone by the time I was called back. I never received a reply to that email. I did tell the person on the phone if that diamond could just be put on hold, I would let him take his time and not rush to figure out the issue. He was considerate on the phone and said he understood. He did remain on the phone. I had a phone screen shot of the new diamond I wanted and it was a more expensive price than the day I was speaking to him. Original order was July 27. The call was July 28. He explained there had been a glitch in the computer system on July 27th and the diamond were priced at a bigger discount than they were supposed to be and I would have to pay the price that it now was listed as. I did not argue and picked a plain wedding band much cheaper than the original band and that brought the total price down to $98 more than the original order the day before. I did get the second diamond I picked out and a plain wedding band instead of the diamond wedding band I picked out. He was helping and considerate at this point and I finished the transaction. I received my order on time. It is beautiful. The diamond was E color, 4.08 carat, vvs2, excellent cut and clarity. Due to the size of the diamond and modified radiant cut, there is some windowing at 3 corners. It is still beautiful. I researched this and found out it can be normal in a large carat elongated radiant cut. However, the video did not show this more was this explained on any part of the website that I could find. Had I known about this effect in a large radiant diamond, I may have picked a smaller stone, messaged asking about the windowing, or picked a different shape instead. I am happy with it, but I am conscious of it, and wonder if other people notice it and now think it is “fake” since it almost looks like “glass” in 3 corners in a certain position. Since the website started price matching, I do not think I should have paid more for a problem on your end. I do think I should have received somewhat of a bigger discount but realize maybe not the complete price since you would have possibly lost money at the price it was showing it to be. I was not offered any apology on that, just told about how awful the glitch had been.

Mark was extremely helpful and accommodating despite the short time frame we had to build and ship my purchase. The purchase was shipped directly to the resort where I received it was able to surprise my wife on our 27th wedding anniversary. The experience with this site was great. I did run into 1 issue either the checkout process when I used PayPal. It showed on PayPal that the order with put in and was waiting for verification but on the site no order was ever put in.

I do like all the services, probably would love to have more choice in designs regarding bracelets or necklaces. Another thing probably need improve is resizing part, it's quite inconvinient to talk to the agent on the phone and ship the rings in mailer that requires insured and so on. ended up spending equal amount of money for resizing the rings. I think if the ring's value's not too high, better to not make every rings charged as insured mailer.
