Experience on the site is fine, I just have an issue with the fact you no longer accept Paypal. PayPal is the safest way to buy online in my opinion... and I feel the shipping charge is a bit much considering it takes a week to get here.

I like it to get my stuff easy and for a good price. Only to tubes should have a big red sign that says King size or 100, to not mistaken take the wrong ones, what I did in a prior session.

Checkout kept turning on insurance, I get coverage from my AMEX card for free, I dont need it, each time it did I had to go back & fix it, I had to re-enter my CC info and reverify my age, there is no place to enter c/o, because I have to ship tobacco to my friend in Texas who is bringing my granddaughter home from Summer holiday and can bring my order. I had a few issues and questions, i called Customer service, got disconnected 5 times while on eternal hold, when they finally called me back, she was too impatient when I was trying to get her to hear me, and hung up on me just as I fixed the volume. It took me 3+ days to make the purchase. the oruces are hood, but you dont make it easy to get help and your phone system is TERRIBLE

I did have difficulty placing my order using my iphone and kept getting the message that my order had changed but they didn't indicate why. Called several times and no one answered and was disconnected. I got on a computer and learned you don't ship to SC where I wanted this order to be delivered. What's up with SC?? I have ordered in the past and had no trouble at all having shipments sent to my NY address so I am thankful for that. But it would have been helpful to have someone actually answer the phone and save me time and aggravation.
