I have been doing business with Penn State Industries for I believe over 15 years now. The only thing that I believe that could be changed is that there was a company from the USA that made pen kits right here in our country. Other then that Penn State Industries is a good company.

Most of the items were great with the exception of a few acrylic pen blanks that had voids or are bubbles. Not sure there is enough good material to make a pen. The type of blank that had that problem I’d never purchase again.

I ordered the 3-dragon pen set along with pen blanks and bushings. The 3-dragon set appears to have come with a set of bushings so I received 2 sets of bushings. I wish I would have realized the 3-dragon set came with bushings. It is in the description but I missed it. Your order department should have picked up the redundancy.
