I felt the website came across as a bit "janky" or "temu-ish" compared to the spa/pamper yourself/love yourself vibe from higher end websites. La Mer and Sente have medical grade products but really high end clean vibes and i think that's why people will pay crazy prices for La Mer without knowing they truly are buying L'Oreal with a secret seaweed twist. However, it was easy to navigate and no issues of functionality. I actually googled Lovely Skin on my phone while on the website and asked, "Is Lovely Skin a legitimate website."

I can no longer find SkinCeuticals Physical Fusion UV Defense SPF 50 in a 4.2 fl. oz. size! This is disappointing since I use it every day. I was happy to hear you accept HSA but then disappointed that I can't subscribe and save with my HSA.

I knew exactly what I wanted and was able to quickly find my previous order with the item so that I could re-order the product. The site was very easy to navigate. There are some sites that list orders but you need to open the order to see items in the order. With LovelySkin, the items are already listed on the order page so there isn't any need for additional clicks to re-order your items.
