Love the site & pricing. I ordered the wrong color toner and started my RMA. Can't wait to see my savings at work!! I am slightly skeptical on how my Canon imageless printer will receive the aftermarket toner cartridge. I tried another brand 7 years ago to save some money and it did not go well at all.... we will see once I receive the correct toner cartridge from Ink Tech. I am truly excited to try it!!

I found in ink tech online while searching for my expensive expensive expensive toner cartridges for my Canon image class printer. After reading the rave reviews, which were many I decided to make a purchase. I did everything on my phone and that’s probably where my issue started. I thought I chose black toner. Instead, I must’ve chosen cyan. So I am returning my cyan toner cartridge for a refund in purchase a black toner cartridge and I’ll make sure I select the correct one this time. I’ll probably have to do it on my iMac instead of my iPhone. Totally my fault. I was really excited to install the cartridge today and use it because I desperately need it but again I’ll have to wait a week. The return process was very simple and straightforward. I’ll give it an eight out of 10 because it would not let me select a replacement because I know the toner cartridge is the same pricing. As always ink technologies has a very user friendly website for ordering. Only once did I need to contact customer service and they were on top of it and replaced the purchase item quickly.
