it was good. There are too many pop-ups though. And there could be better separation and description of Products. I was looking for a non-braided cables and eventually found them. Overall nice reviews across the Internet, the only things that I can see people complain about are the banana plugs. Very fair product pricing and generous first time purchase discount.

I would not recommend purchasing from GearIT based on my experience. The product I received did not match the pictures shown in the listing, and it was not compatible with my generator as advertised. I contacted customer support regarding the issue and referenced their stated policy that they would cover return shipping when a product is misrepresented or there is misinformation on their part. Despite this, they refused to provide a prepaid return label or reimburse return shipping costs. Communication was also frustrating. Customer service only responded after multiple follow-up emails, which made resolving the issue unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. Between the inaccurate product listing, poor customer support, and refusal to honor their own return policy, I will not purchase from GearIT again and cannot recommend them to others.

Bought a set of banana plugs and one was missing the screw to hold the cable. After reviewing them, I got and email from customer service and they told me someone was going to resolved it. After a few weeks I made the claim and still no answer.

The merchandise pricing is fair, items are as described, and of decent quality, but you better hope there isn’t anything wrong with the merchandise because I never got a response from customer service, contacted them via phone, email, and got the run around via AI live chat.

It all went pretty smoothe. It was a bit pricey but also good quality. The delivery was a bit slow as I recall but still on time. 3-5 days of in house prep probably contributed to that. I will continue to reccomend GearIt.
