I was looking for a weight distribution hitch and i was informed by the live chat that the 4500 e2 trunnion was a good recommendation for me my vehicle and my trailer. no one told me that the 6000 lb would be a maybe better option because the 4500 has a smaller hitch shank bolt size and that no lower drop exists for that 5/8" size and that 3/4" is the industry standard and the 5/8 is Fastway only. so i called back and had to be sent to fastway where I am faced with buying another shank from them for $180 or going through the hassle of returning an unboxed heavy item and then buying another WDH that either drops further or is 3/4 inch bolt that can use all the other aftermarket drop shanks. so, I think I needed better advice from customer service, so I am disappoing, out more money and time.

I previously found an ordered a part for my trailer awning that I had broken and recently managed to break that part again (my fault), so I went back to etrailer and found my previous order and reordered it. The process was fairly easy because I still had my previous order number. Most e-retailers allow you to set up an account to help keep track of orders, etc. and I would like to see etrailer do the same, especially for times when I can't find my previous order information.
