I absolutely love Black Forest. I've bought so many items from them for several years and not once have I EVER been disappointed. Everything from product quality, to their website (very user friendly and displays their items so beautifully), to CS and more, always exceeds my expectations. Anything you order is exactly how it looks in their catalog or online and is exactly what it looks like when you get it. Pricing is on the high side, but for that you get quality, fantastic service, etc. Black Forest is one of the very few places that you can order from and never be disappointed. In other words, you get exactly what you were looking for. I just cannot say enough good about this company.

The lamps came in good order and packaging, however, I was a bit disappointed that the lamps did not have a on /off switch near the top of lamp or bulb and instead the off /on switch were on the wire. The price was reasonable.
