The dishonest part was that it wasn't explained that coverage would only begin a long time after I signed up. So, I was on tenterhooks for those two weeks after my old plan expired.

I have not used it as of yet, but the last time I have some bad experiences the las time I was with AHS. Hopefully they have better contractors this time because the last time was really bad with the contractors.

Sign up for plan at 50%, got charged full price. Called, and had to really insist that I sign up with the 50% discount to get this resolved. Was not able to refund me for the 1st month's overcharge, which is kind of a rip-off.
